As a freelance editor, I work directly with writers to develop their manuscripts. There’s no intermediary. I accept projects, offer feedback, and collaborate directly with you whether you’re a creative writer or a technical writer. CREATIVE WORKS
I collaborate with creative writers to identify issues of plot, characterization, dialogue, and other elements of storytelling. It might be that you need a line editor to eliminate an epidemic of comma splices in your manuscript. Or maybe you would like a developmental editor’s feedback on making one-dimensional characters more well-rounded. My diverse professional background includes information technology, law enforcement, and academia, but I’ve also trained in grant writing and publishing.
